Droid X vs Incredible?

My wife got the Incredible about 2 weeks ago. I was wandering if the Droid X is going to be that much better than the Incredible? If I should try to talk her into trading it in for the Droid X and pay the $35 restocking fee I think. What do yall think, is there going to be that much of a difference or just a few minor changer here and there?

Since the X is not out yet it's best to pose the question to users who actually are using the Incredible.
