I've noticed lately that the WIFI at work has been having trouble obtaining an IP address so I went to turn off WIFI on my droid X yesterday and it just turned itself back on 5 seconds later. I've gone through all the settings I know of and I have no idea why it turns itself on. WIFI is completely unchecked in the settings menu.
