Droid x wont charge from laptop

I hooked my droid x to my laptop and it will not charge, nor does it recognize it as a drive. I cant share photos or music. I disconnected my X and plugged up my wifes on the same cable on the same laptop and it charged and swapped files. I checked the debugging and it was checked. Thanks in advance to anyone who could help.

Do have all of the current drivers from Motorola? If not you need to visit their site and download them to your PC, its the only way it will recognize the phone/charge it.
