Search here and/or google for "linux boot cd sbf 2.3.340" It'll give you a link for a totally painless iso file. Just burn it to a cd and you have a fully automated sbf disc to take you back to Froyo. Make sure you read the directions and use the number keys across the top and not on the right.

when u go back to froyo can u do the over the air update to gb?

Yes. You can do the OTA, but you cannot root it. If you want root, you will need to download the 2 part TBH files, Z4 root and D2 Bootstrap.
