droids music app doesn't display fonts

Hi guys, I just finished up charging and readying the phone for use. I synced music using motorola media link and the music shows up only in the music app not in gallery but I mainly listen to korean music and it doesnt display anything in korean...just broken text like a PC would if you don't have the language pack installed...what can I do?

another issue, I made playlists on Media Link and syncd yet no playlists show up on the phone, just that 300 some odd songs I uploaded that I can read since they are in Korean...sigh

Similar problem here..
In my case, some music files showed correct korean fonts,
and some other music files showed broken alphabets like "baca;sft"..
I synced again with the same files, used windows media player and also tried drag and dropping the file directly..
but some distinct files kept showing korean and the others did not..
I cannot figure out any difference between these two groups of files..

I tried the helterskelter's method hoping it would resolve this issue..
But instead all korean language in the phone changed to squares..

In my understanding, droidsansfallback.ttf seems like where it gets asian language fonts..

But this method was not related to my issue at all because..
When I had issues with this file, all asian languages became squares
but Korean musics that had broken fonts stayed as "abdf;cd"
and Korean musics that did not have broken fonts (the ones that I could read) changed to squares...(because koreans changed to squares...

hmm..

I found *some* way..

Winamp allows you to edit the tags of the music on the portable device.
If you (tediously) renew the tags there, you can see korean..

I don't know why this works but looks like droid is reading only a certain type of tag...
