Droids with HD Video out?

Does anyone know if the Droid could support a type of AV dock to pipe out Movies/Video to a TV? Would the Droid even be powerful enough to do that?

Maybe this is an idea for future droid and would be a good slap in the face to Microsoft and the Zune HD.

That does sound like an excellent idea. I have an old like 1st gen zune. It's good for what it does, i mainly use it when i'm on flights. It's good as a small vid player and music player, and i think i got my 30gb one for almost nothing when circuit city was going out of business.

a read through this thread leads me to believe that it is not going to be possible with the Droid
