DROIDX/2.3OS- Need WIFI to download apps

I have a Droidx and I just upgraded to 2.3 OS and gingerbread 4.5.596. If I download apps from Market, it will required me to turn on WIFI connections. Before the upgrade, I don't recall I need to connect to wifi in order to download. Any tip to bypass the requirement to use wifi in order to perform the download apps? Thank you!

I just had the same issue, In settings, battery and data manager, data saver was turned on, I turned it off and no longer needed wifi. Hope this helps.

I could have wait a little bit longer for your feedback as I just did a factory reset about an hour ago (Android Market Support asked me to do so) and it is allowing me to download apps without wifi. I noticed the 'data saver' box is set to off as default.
I just did a test from what you suggested and was able to replicate the same issue. Thank you very much for the tip and I beleievd the other people will benefit from your contributions.
