DROIDX 2 update on 8/3

My DROIDX 2 went through an update yesterday, a little glitchy at first. Then it did a bunch of app updates, better now.
But, all of my music is mixed togethe annoying as it took hours to get converted away from m4p to play.
Any easy way to fix?
