Droid X GB 605; rooted using Pete's Motorola Root Tools yesterday. Installed Titanium Pro. Got WiFi. Tethered.

Still got WiFi, but GOT NO SERVICE (says so right on the screen, and a big red no-smoking sign over the bars before someone asks if it is really no service...)

Clicking About Phone just dumps back to Home; Call Settings says "Application Settings (process com.android.settings) has stopped unexpectedly"--> Force stop.

Booted 3 times, no joy.

(In the interest of getting opinions, I am posting this on a couple of forums--hope that doesn't neg anyone out.)

simular situation yeserday. Went through the process installing GB 4.5.596. What I had to do was to remove the warning was pus the volume key (both up and down together) it should bring up your system recovery. from there try reboot system. If you wipe factory setting and cache your back were you started and have to start all over again. Have you tried this method http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u4SThspDeV8 http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&v...erday and I lost my root I had to start over.
