Nope. Just use SugarSync. They already have an app that works great.

I believe there is currently no API for Dropbox so making an app would be ALL on them.

I use SugarSync on my Droid and it works just as well:

I emailed dropbox and they informed me that they are currently working on app for Andoid. No eta for it though.
