dual calendars for droid

I sync my phones calendar with my microsoft outlook calendar for work and it is GREAT! At my business it is necessary for me to view my own AND my coworker's outlook calendars while in the field. We have not found a way to make this possible. Can anyone offer a solution? Is there a way for my phone to hold 2 calendars? Is there an app that I can buy that would allow this?

have you considered running the sync through Google calendar? then view that on your phone..

Outlook -> Google Calendar -> Droid
