Duplicate icons in launcher?

I have Liberty V1.0 with Go Launcher... I just noticed that I have two Youtube icons in my launcher. I cannot deleter either one of them. I went into my app manager and there is only one Youtube. I deleted it thinking maybe it would make both icon go away then I could re-install Youtube. After it uninstalled, I went back into the launcher and there are still two icons... wth? Anyone have any ideas?

Well, now my Youtube icons are correct... not sure why. Now I have Rom Toolbox Pro and Rom Toolbox... I uninstall the free version and keep the one I paid for, but when I reboot it comes back.
