duplicate text messages.. again.

Getting duplicate text messages using only the stock messaging app. I've pulled the SIM card and even done a factory reset. The phone is stock. There is no other messaging app installed. Anyone know a fix?

That's typically a network deal. I'm getting it on my maxx's and my bionic too..
