MP4 (H264/AVC or MPEG4-SP) 854x480 (or less) screensize, 1500Kbps (or less) video bitrate, 160Kbps (or less) audio bitrate
The video format is the same as what is used on iPad/iPhone/iPod devices.

Got my MP4 video to work but its displayed small. Is there a good video player on the Droid that supports MP4's? and maybe something that displays it in full screen?

Act1 is what a lot of people use, it has a couple of different methods of making videos full-screen as well.
