DX GB to Froyo

Hey!!! I know that this has been asked like a million times probably, but would someone please post a link or give me instructions on how to downgrade from GB to Froyo so that I can root??? Thanks! P.S. If it makes a difference, I have a MacBook Pro (and a Xoom)
