E: cant open/cache/recovery,command

I was rooted and decided to unroot for giggles. After i did I went to root again and now I am getting this: "E: cant open/cache/recovery,command " When I reboot into recovery mode.

Help me please get back to a rooted droid.

Leave the keyboard open and use the rockerpad to scroll down and push it in to select the update.zip option
