E-mail and AOL

When I open an e-mail on my Droid (AOL) and hit the return button, it is saved on the phone but is sent to Trash on my computer (MAC).
When I open an e-mail and hit "mark as unread" it stays on the phone but sometimes stays in New Messages on my computer and sometimes goes to Old Messages.
I am losing e-mails that I want to re-read on my computer when I get home.
How can I save the e-mails on the phone and keep them in "New Mail" on my computer.
Any AOL users having this problem?

What is this AOL you speak of?

I would recheck you settings...
