im eligible for my early upgrade. can i only do this at verizon or where else can i do this? i know i cant at walmart.

You can go to a corporate store or call *611 or 800-922-0204 and order your upgrade. I don't know if Best Buy honors the early upgrades or not. Normally premium retailers do not.
