Earpiece Activates Music, Not Voice Command

So my earpiece (wired) turns on my music when I click the button on the earpiece cord. Prior to installing 2.2 it always correctly activated Voice Commands, but now only turns off and on Music.

Is this a bug or some setting I need to change but can't find?
