Easiest way to 2.2?

Ok so i just got my droid incredible in the mail. Not even activated yet. Can someone give me step by step instructions on what to do to get 2.2 on my phone?

Are you aware it will include rooting and roms at this point? The update isn't officially out for the dinc. Once it is, your phone will let you know.
