Easy Icon for Data Enable/Disable?

Is there a way I can create an icon for data off/on that could be placed by my other off/on icons for Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi, etc?
Without burrowing down to the Settings, Batt & data manager, Data delivery, enable/disable every time...

Airplane mode would turn off cellular and data correct?

Looking under Motorola wigits, data or battery saver is not listed.

I had been using a Samsung Galaxy II Fascinates, which had this icon from day one.

Maybe an icon widget/app? I'm looking. Any suggestions?
