Eclipse 1.2.1 lost contacts

i flashed eclipse 1.2.1 ics but before i did, i did a titanium back up of all my apps and data but when i go to restore contacts, none come up, just my messages. how do i get my phone contacts to show? or sync or something?

As soon as you sign in to your Gmail account your contacts should automatically restore. Least it does for me on any rom I flash.
