Email and calender issues

Hey everyone. Just got my droid x 2 days ago. I have tried repeatedly to get my charter.net email account to work but keep getting errors. Also how do I sync my calander and facebook?

I have had the same issues. It worked the first day perfectly! Then after that it would receive but not send? If you figure out anything please let me know.
