Email app with image compression/size limiting?

Looking for something in an email app along with lines of Handcent where it'll compress the image down below whatever size you choose (either to save on data $$$ or just to send to people that can't receive big images). Does any such thing exist? Looks like Enhanced Email has something along what I'm seeking but can only get the image maximum size to a minimum of 1MB (can't go lower).
