email gone???

I ran a backup of all my apps and sys files using titanium backup...after it was done, my stock email app was gone...it does appear in manage apps. I went back to TB and "restored" it...it makes me re-sign in and set up settings, etc. and it works...BUT...when I reboot or turn the device off, it is gone again.

Any ideas? How can it put it back on for good?
