every time i go into my exchange email account and try to open a email it force closes

it used to work just fine just stopped all of a sudden. deleted the account all that the basic hu bub troubleshoot i have done any ideas??????????

I think a conversation with your IT folks may be a good idea. Perhaps they made a change at their end.
