Email problems....still

I posted a while back about email syncing problems and received a few suggestions from the good people here....but none of them helped. I still can't get ONE of my gmail accounts to sync. My main account (personal) does seem to sync just fine...but my business account just won't do it. Now....I decided to try and delete the account and add it back again to see if that helps. Well, when I go to my "accounts" button in settings, it's not listed. I can't find it listed anywhere. I tried to add it using the "add account" button at the bottom of "my accounts" but it says that the account is already there. I can't find it anywhere. Meanwhile, it shows up on my notification bar ever now and then with hundreds of emails in it (because it won't sync when emails are deleted from my computer). I'm totally lost now. What do I do? I'd love it get it to sync...but barring that, I'd like to delete it and have it quit storing up hundreds of emails I've already deleted.
 
Do you normally access your business account through outlook? Can you link to the original thread so we can better know what's going on up to this point?
