Email question - how to.....

I had an email to be deleted accidentally from my inbox.

I use Yahoo mail for that account, and I can see the folders that are there. The email itself is in the Trash folder, but I want to get it back to the main email folder.

I don't want to forward it back to myself, which I know will work.

Is there a way to restore the email back to the Inbox folder? If so, how do you do it?
