email stopped workin

my email just stopped working the other day, i have all emails before the 24th but none after.

it is my virginia tech college email account. i didnt change any settings so idk why i would stop getting them

i use outlook on my desktop and it has the exact same settings and works fine

any ideas?

found the solution.. soft reset the phone i.e take the battery out while the phone is on

there was a update to the server and this updated the server and when i turned it back on all my emails came in
