Email sync

I have like a farmerstel email account and I got it to sync up everything except for pulling my folders that I have. How do I do that? When I go to folders under that account it doesn't show it

Hi Jess723. Want to share with us how exactly you synced your email?

It may be that the only way you can access those folders is to use your browser and go to the email.

Now if you were using Gmail, you have folders available. It's a Google phone you may want to consider moving to Gmail. I know that's not possible for everyone but it sure makes the mail issue much easier.

OK, so you're using the stock email app, correct? I don't believe you'll be able to access your folders. The only way that I see it being done as I said in the first post would be to go to the website via browser and your pw.

So your saying I would have to go the website that host my email to see my folders? Sorry im still pretty new to these things. How come with yahoo you can see all the folders?
