Hi! Just got my DROID this past weekend, so I've been busy trying to figure things out and get used to the phone.
The crazy thing is this: Whenever I go to my email account settings and uncheck the "VIBRATE" notification box (and it will uncheck), I can go back to the main menu, and enter the settings page again...and the box will be checked again?!! WTH? It will not stop vibrating when a new email arrives!!!
