what does the star in emails mean? I accidentally hit archive on an email and it disappeared, where did it go and how do I get it back. How do I lock an email so I can save it.

Stars are favorites. to access your email that you archived go to Gmail/settings/labels/all mail. It will be in the all mail folder.

Thank you. I recently changed me email address. how do i change my email address in my calendar so I can get appointment alerts. I click on it and can't seem to figure out how to do it.

I haven't done this (no need) but it seems like you would go to accounts & sync in your settings, add an account and follow the instructions on your phone from there.
