Emailing photos

Hi, I am fairly new to DroidX and I am having problems sending a photo to an email address. I touch share photo then I select email choice and then I am directed to the universal email page which gives me three emails I received before. I want to send this picture to another friends email address.

Send from ur gmail its much easier...

In pics click more then share...
Click gmail...
Type email address add a header and send

Still have pic send issue

I have tried that method to send my pics through gmail. I sent them to myself at another address and still have not received them and cannot see anywhere that it confirmed that it sent. I tried last night and again this morning. Any ideas?

Personally with gmail I have had no problems at all sending anything... I even send zip files and apk's using gmail. U can click on menu then labels. Check outbox and see if they are still in there. Anythin in outbox has not sent yet and is pending. Click menu then refresh this helps sometimes.
