I apologize if this has been covered before.. I tired searching but I am not sure what to really search....

seem to have noticed when typing reply emails back on my X..
through either Hotmail or Yahoo, I will be in the middle of a long reply and it just disappears and takes me back to the original message..
i look in the drafts and the sent folder and there is nothing there....

can someone please tell me what the hell is going on here? is there a fix for this issue cause its rather irratating??? 2 long paragraphs in and the email disappears only to type it again and the same thing happen...
I have not noticed if my Gmail account does this or not...

thanks!!
and sorry if this was covered!!

bump this up...
cant believe no one else has a problem like this...

unless there titles in there threads are different I cannot find anything.. :(

Since you're dealing with yahoo and hot mail, an explanation may be hard to fine. Droid has improved with those services but problems may still exist.

What you may consider doing is purchasing an app called touchdown for you mail application instead of using the standard email app. It's not known to be that reliable anyway.

i don't even activate the stock droid email - i find it pretty useless. i use only TouchdownExchange. If you're using Hotmail and Yahoo, TD may not work, as it may only be for Exchange accounts. but, check it out to be sure - it is an awesome app!!! but, it is a little pricey. another email app that gets rave reviews on this forum, and which is free, is K9 - that will work with non-exchange accounts.

I guess what your saying is it has something to do with those email clients...
I will look into this touchdown.... sounds like a good idea...

thanks for the help Hook....

I read about K9 somewhere on here.. it seemed pretty interesting...
ill look into these 2 and see what I come up with...

thanks for the help!

There is also a Yahoo E-mail app that will not give you these issues. I'm not sure if Hotmail has one, though, so try K-9 for that.
