Emails on DX

I have a work email sync to my DX. I try moving them to diff folders on that email. When I do they disappear and can't find them on phone. Any ideas on how to save them for viewing at later dates?

Not sure if the stock app does that. Get Touchdown and it will solve any exchange problem.
