i tried installing a rom now my phoneis going through a bootloop.. smh now i dont have the programs to put my phone to factoryreset cause its on my friendsdesktop.. i have a mac can anyone send me the programs and what exactly to do asap..

Go here, there is a mac version. Make sure to fully read the post and choose the option you need when you run the program.
