Is there an app that lets you use smilies other then the stock droid ones?

Virtually any (and every) app has additional smilies... (I know ChompSMS and Handcent do certainly).

Just as a reminder, what you see is not what the person you are sending the message to will see. (I'm sure you know this, but others have questioned this, so I put this disclaimer on all messages on this subject)

I cannot find how to use smilies on my Bionic. Any suggestions?

Same suggestions. I use Handcent and it works great on my Bionic. I haven't tried ChompSMS, but I feel fairly confident it works.

Or of course, you could just type them on your own colon dash close bracket for example

I can't get the droid emoticons for text msg, only for email, on my droid x. Is this normal?
