Enable Airplane mode for 3G?

I noticed I do not get 3G or 4G service saying no internet access but I have 4 bars, the market fails. The search function says no internet access. So I put it in Airplane mode and off then I was able to get a hold of it again. Is this fix coming in the November release.

As far as I know, it will be. I have the same problem when not using wifi. I use an app called restart connections, sometimes I have to use it a couple of times before it kicks in.
