Hi all,
First off, I am not a phone guy but a friend is having a problem. She has a Samsung Illusion Android phone from Verizon and lost it for a few hrs today. We did get it back, but she was freaking out that all the info on the micro SD card could be stolen. This includes contacts & phone numbers, email userids/PWs, saved picture attachments etc. I said we should find out how to encrypt/secure the SD card and then it'll be safe if the phone gets lost/stolen.
Simple enough. Go to Menu->Settings->Location & Security-> Encrypt SD card. BUT ITS DISABLED!!!! How can this setting be disabled?
We'd appreciate any help out there...
Thx.
