In Bluetooth settings, there is something called enhanced stereo. Supposed to improve battery life and quality for bluetooth music playing. Anyone know if this actually makes much of a difference?
So i found this post with a Google search and I have played around with this setting on my Droid 2. I had it on for the longest time and only yesterday I figured out why I constantly went from a full battery and having my car adapter plugged in to a significant drop in battery on the phone and it was due to this setting. I suspect it might help save battery off the Bluetooth device itself or the description was mislabled

Wait, so you're saying it does the opposite of what it claims to do? Or it sacrifices phone battery life for Bluetooth device battery life? I'm not clear what your post is saying. Has your experience been that having this setting enabled (checked) makes your battery performance WORSE?
