I feel bad for even thinking of this (i consider myself a pretty good person), but I was thinking of taking advantage of verizons insurance. Let me know if anyone sees a hole in my plan.
I just got a droid and insurance. I love the droid, but hate the extra cost for unlimited data. I want to only use my droids WiFi without 3g. Verizon says no to that. I have 30 days to cancel the unlimited data plan before I'm on contract, right? So, why don't i just report my phone lost, pay the deductable ($90 i think), get a new phone, return the new phone, cancel the unlimited data package, and enjoy my old WiFi only droid for $90. I would of course use my old calls/texting only flip phone for phone service, but o well. good plan? no?
