Exchange Activesync Client/Server Conversion Error

I have had a Motorola Droid for two months and have been syncing my Exchange Calendar since the beginning. Now, when I try to sync my Calendar, I am getting a "Client/Server Conversion Error". Has anyone else come across this?
 
Same issue - fixed (for now)

Exact same problem. I removed my Exchange account from the Incredible, rebooted and then reinstalled. Seems to be working fine now. Hope this helps.
