Exchange contacts photos not showing

Most of the cointacts in my company exchange contacts have photos attached to them. But when I look at the synced contacts on the DX, there are no pictures for any of them.

This is the only account I'm syncing contacts with. The DInc showed them fine.

I am having the same problem. All my contacts, calender are on MS Exchange. They snyc fine expect for the contact pictures. I had the iPhone which did snyc the pictures too, not sure why the Droid X is not doing it.

I hope we can get this solved. It sucks not having the images. Especially as my iPhone and Dinc did it perfectly

Just got off the phone with Verizon. No help there. They haven't heard of the issue. They said they will have to refer it back to Motorolla as it most likely is a software issue, not a phone issue. Hmmmmm

I wonder how many people are being affected by this. Also if anyone on Exchange 2007 is not having this problem.

I read on someone was having the same problem on a motorola forum. The person on that forum said his old Droid sync the contact pix but not his new Droid X. I added my facebook account to my Droid X and it sync'd the picture contacts. Now under My Accounts it gives my a option saying Picture Source......but the only option it gives is Facebook not my exchange account. Looks like its just a function the Droid X is lacking

Boy I hope they get that sorted out. It's complete BS that it would only pull pics from 'social sites' and not business contacts. If they want to hit the business market, they better get their exchange act together.

I'm not saying it's not nice to pull from FB, but it doesn't help corp users.

I just got my X today and this is one of the things I noticed. Kinda weird that it doesn't pull in the exchange pictures, but at least I know it just isn't me.

Funny thing is the original Droid pulled in the pictures, but other then that it had horrible horrible exchange support. (No PIN password, no remote wipe) At least with the X we can lock the phones with a PIN and wipe them if we have too. It's a fair tradeoff for the business features I suppose.

I expect they will fix it at some point.

Just for the heck of it I installed 'Touchdown' exchange client on my phone. And now the contact pictures are available. So it must be an issue with the native Exchange (corporate synch) client.
