Exchange Emails on Droid X Dissappearing

Is anyone else having this problem?

Emails that are in my inbox on my computer dissapear on the exchange email account on my phone if they are more than two days old. They still appear on my computer however.

Is there a way to keep them from dissappearing on the phone?

You need to sync more than 2 days......
