Exporting Facebook Contacts to Google

Over the weekend I deactivated my facebook. Two hours later I re-activated it when I realized that a few friend's phone numbers were only in my phone as "Facebook Contacts". Is there a seamless way to export these contacts in csv form to import into Google?

I know I can do this manually but do you really think I want to spend 3 hours going one by one down the list?
