Extremely slow 3g speeds

I have 4g service but I usually run 3g to save battery until I need the extra data speed. Well today I noticed my 3g was very slow. Within the last hour or two it slowed to a crawl. I ran speed test 3 times and averaged .23mbps download and .21mbps upload. Anybody else experiencing this?

It could be the traffic in your area or a number of different things. My 3G is usually pretty decent in speeds (around 1.2mpbs).

Mine has been slow for awhile now and its most of the time. If its high traffic can we expect this kind of performance all the time? I *228 at least once a week and also clean up by browsing history and chache. I was hoping for quicker speeds the this. An example would be loading an average web page takes 1 minute which doesn't seem that long but each page takes this amount of time no matter what time of day.
