Facebook Contact Sync

Hey guys,
Ive been reading up on syncing contacts to my bionic but nothing seems to fix it. On my HTC, all my contacts linked very easily to my Facebook account and updating nicely. On my bionic it seems that they don't update and its very hard to link contacts. Is anyone else having similar issues or came across an easy way to link all contacts without having to individually join accounts?

Yeah I have too. But honestly I think the cause is more due to google trying to distance themselves from facebook and push google+ more.

I actually just flashed to XOOM rom and all mu facebook contacts appear and I just need to link the ones that are odd names. Im not sure if it was ic3bread or the fact that I changed things so many times it just got confused.
