Facebook stock DX widget not working

My face book stock widget seems to be stuck . I keep getting an orange exclamation point on top . It then says loggin error . When I go that it says incorrect password but all is set correct. I tried to reenter and nothing works. I took it into store and they were like a deer in headlights , allthey did was install the android market gace book app still doesnt work
