Facebook Sync

I don't know how I did this but all my Facebook Friends are now in my Contact's with Icon's & Facebook quote's. How do I stop this. If I uninstall Facebook will my Contact's be back to normal.

Yes. You can also just tell it to unsync Facebook.

Settings / accounts and Sync / unselect Facebook

Ok, when I go to accounts, if I click on any of the accounts listed, it brings up the username and password and I get OK and cancel as options. Why am I not seeing the sync option? The only account I can see a sync option with is the google account to sync contacts, calendar and gmail. Any ideas? I would like to be able to manually sync facebook, as right now I am not sure how to do that..... TIA for any help!
