fake text somone else from a fake number

i no its possible to fake text yourself but is there an app that will allow you to text somone else but use another persons number kinda like bluff my call but for texting

It's much harder to spoof text sender than it is to spoof caller id. There are some paid services that let you do this. These are the SMS handlers that take over a bulk of SMSes sent out by companies, etc.
